Mashed potatoes (homemade
or made out of flakes)
- Lean minced pork meat.
- 1 onion.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 1 egg.
- Oil.
- Flour.

DIRECTIONS:
Make mashed potatoes either
from package or homemade.
On a frying pan stir-fry the grated onion, the grated tomato and
the lean minced pork meat. Once the stir-fry is done, take portions
and make balls. Wrap each ball with the mashed potato. Now dip
each ball in beaten egg and the coat with flour and deep-fry in
plenty of oil. Serve with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
