Hard-boil the eggs in a pot
with plenty of water and a pitch of salt (about 15 minutes) Peel
and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and take to a plate.
Reserve one yolk for decoration. Mix the yolks with the fried
tomato, the onion, thinly sliced, and the tuna. Mix well until
smooth, use this mixture to stuff the eggs. Next, put some mayonnaise
and a black olive on top of each egg. Finally, sprinkle grated
yolk on top.
