Two large, slightly long potatoes.
- A bunch of garlic shoots.
- 1 onion.
- 1 red bell pepper.
- 1 green pepper.
- 4 eggs.
- 1/2 lt milk.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- Vinegar.

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the potatoes unpeeled and
set aside.
Stir-fry the thinly sliced garlic, the peppers and the onion a
la julienne.
Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh. Mash the potato
flesh.
Stuff the potatoes with the stir-fry, make a hole and put an egg.
Take to the oven until the eggs set.
Serve the potatoes garnished with the stir-fried cherry tomatoes
and the mashed potato.
