400 gr soaked shredded cod.
- Olive oil.
- 8 to 10 garlic cloves.

Buy the cod, already shredded and put it in water for 24 hs to wash away salt.
After that, drain the cod. Crush eight to ten garlic cloves, mix well with the oil, add the cod and blend until it’s uniform.
Let rest for a day, so that the cod concentrates all its flavor.
Serve as a spread over bread slices as hors d’oeuvre.
