2 packages of cookies or ladyfingers.
- 1 pot (1 lt approx.) of cold, sweetened coffee.
- Mascarpone cheese or substitute (San Millan).
- 6 eggs.
- Sugar.
- Powder chocolate or cocoa.

DIRECTIONS:
For the cream: blend the cheese
with the beaten egg yolks and add sugar. Next, add the 6 eggwhites
with sugar beaten until stiff. Mix well until smooth.
In serving dish spread a layer of ladyfingers or cookies, previously
dipped in coffee, then cover with a layer of cream, over this,
another of ladyfingers and another of cream, this last one should
be thicker than the previous one. Sprinkle powder chocolate over
it. Take to fridge and chill.
