1 cup of rice.
-Half a pumpkin, grated.
-Half a carrot, grated.
-2 full tablespoons of butter.
-2 stock cubes.
-3 cups of water .

DIRECTIONS:
Fry
the rice in the butter until golden, add the grated pumpkin and
carrot and stir-fry. Add the stock cubes and the boiling water.
Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes until rice is done.
