4 veil steaks.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 teaspoons of flour.
- ½ a glass of white wine.
- Mashed potatoes (homemade or made out of flakes)
- Salt.
- Oil.

DIRECTIONS:
Fry the veil steaks until golden
in a pressure cooker. Take out the steak and in the same oil,
stir-fry the tomato. Add the flour and stir well. Add the steaks,
cover with water. Add the salt and the white wine. Cook for 30
minutes from the moment it starts whistling. If not using a pressure
cooker cook for 50 minutes.
Prepare the mashed potatoes and serve with the veil steaks.
