2 bunches of watercress.
- 1 kg of chicken raw leftovers.
- 1 onion.
- 1 garlic head.
- Salt.
- 6 eggs.

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the chicken in plenty of water with the onion, the garlic and the watercress. Once the chicken is cooked, take out the onion and the garlic. Add the eggs, one by one. Check salt.
