Thinly mince the surimi sticks
(one or two packages, depending on the number of servings). Hardboil
about three eggs per package. Thinly mince the egg whites. Reserve
egg yolks for decoration purposes. Prepare the mayonnaise with
the sunflower seed oil and a dash of garlic clove. Mix well, take
to serving tray and sprinkle the egg yolks, minced. It’s
a delicious entree.
